Severity Levels: None, Mild (25%), Moderate (50%), Severe (75%), Deadly (100%)

Requirements:

  • Defibrillator item in inventory
  • Patient within 3.0 units
  • Patient must be unconscious/dead

Steps:

  1. Approach patient
  2. Select “Revive Unconscious Patient”
  3. Wait 15 seconds for CPR animation
  4. Patient revives with partial health

Requirements:

  • Medikit item in inventory
  • Patient within 2.0 units

Overview: If enabled by your server, medikits can now be used to revive players who are in laststand (incapacitated but not fully dead).

Requirements:

  • Medikit item in inventory
  • Downed player within 2.0 units (default, configurable by server)
  • Player must be in laststand (not fully dead)

How It Works:

When you use a medikit near a player in laststand, you’ll see a context menu with two options:

OptionDescription
Heal Yourself (heart icon)Use medikit on yourself (normal behavior)
Revive [Player Name] (user icon)Use medikit to revive the downed player

Reviving from Laststand:

  1. Select “Revive [Player Name]” from context menu
  2. CPR animation plays (5 seconds)
  3. Downed player is revived with partial health (20% by default)
  4. Medikit is consumed

Important Notes:

  • Revived player has low health and needs proper medical attention
  • Feature may not be enabled on all servers (server-admin choice)
  • Detection range is configurable by server administrators
  • Works for both EMS and civilian players (if enabled)
  • Context menu uses ox_lib with visual icons for clarity

Balance:

  • The revived player receives only 20% health (configurable)
  • This maintains gameplay balance - they still need proper treatment
  • Prevents medikits from being overpowered

Note: This is an opt-in feature that must be enabled by server administrators. If you don’t see the context menu option, your server may not have this feature enabled.

In addition to EMS personnel, police officers can provide basic medical treatment when EMS is unavailable.

  • Diagnose injuries
  • Treat with basic items (bandages, medikit)
  • Revive critical patients
  • Heal minor injuries
  • Cannot access EMS-only equipment (defibrillator, medical bag)
  • Cannot bill for services
  • May have different treatment protocols

Note: This feature is enabled by default but can be disabled by server administrators.

If enabled by the server, EMS personnel can appear on each other’s GPS maps when responding to emergencies.

  • Blips show locations of all on-duty EMS players
  • Updates automatically every few seconds
  • Requires special GPS item (if configured)

Server administrators can enable/disable GPS blips and configure:

  • Refresh rate (how often blips update)
  • Required item (if any)
  • Blip appearance

See the Configuration guide for details.

GPS blips reveal your location to other EMS players. If you have privacy concerns, contact your server administrators.

If enabled, you’ll receive notifications when your health drops below a certain threshold.

  • Default threshold: 40 HP
  • Notification: Title and description message
  • Purpose: Remind you to seek medical attention

Note: This feature is disabled by default. Ask your server administrators to enable it.
