ARS Gang System - Gang Member Guide
Section titled “ARS Gang System - Gang Member Guide”Welcome to the ARS Gang System! This guide will help you understand how to use the gang system as a regular member (ranks 4-10). Whether you’re a Recruit, Thug, Hustler, Soldier, Capo, Enforcer, or Lieutenant, this guide covers everything you need to know.

1. Getting Started
Section titled “1. Getting Started”Opening Gang Menu
Section titled “Opening Gang Menu”There are two ways to open your gang menu:

Tip: You can change the keybind in your game’s keybind settings under “FiveM” > “Open Gang Menu”.
Understanding the Menu Structure
Section titled “Understanding the Menu Structure”When you open the gang menu, you’ll see options based on your rank:
- Gang Leaderboard - View top gangs in the server
- Gang Details - View your gang’s tag, name, XP, and member count
- Gang Actions - Player interactions (zipties, escort, hostages, etc.)
- Gang Jobs - Request racket jobs
- Turf Wars - Participate in territory battles
- Leave Gang - Option to leave your current gang
2. Gang Information
Section titled “2. Gang Information”Viewing Gang Details
Section titled “Viewing Gang Details”From the main gang menu, select Gang Details to see:
- Gang Tag - Your gang’s unique identifier
- Gang Name - Your gang’s full name
- XP - Your gang’s total experience points
- Members - Total number of members in your gang
Viewing the Gang Leaderboard
Section titled “Viewing the Gang Leaderboard”See how your gang ranks against others:
/gangleaderboardThis opens a fullscreen leaderboard showing:
- All gangs ranked by XP
- Their member counts
- Their total experience points
Note: Gangs with 0 XP may be hidden from the leaderboard depending on server settings.
Checking Territory Points
Section titled “Checking Territory Points”When you’re inside a territory zone, check the current standings:
/showpointsThis displays a menu showing:
- Which gangs have points in the current territory
- How many points each gang has accumulated
3. Gang Actions (Player Interactions)
Section titled “3. Gang Actions (Player Interactions)”The Gang Actions menu lets you interact with other players. Stand close to a player (within 3 meters) and select Gang Actions from your menu.
Zipties
Section titled “Zipties”Restraining Players:
- Approach the target player (must be within 3 meters)
- Open gang menu → Gang Actions
- Select “Zip Tie Hands”
- The player will be restrained
Requirements:
- You need
ziptiesitem in your inventory - The target must NOT already be ziptied
Removing Zipties:
- Approach a ziptied player
- Open gang menu → Gang Actions
- Select “Remove Zip Ties”
Tip: You can use a cutter item to quickly remove zipties from nearby players.
Escorting Players
Section titled “Escorting Players”Once a player is ziptied, you can escort them:
- Stand near the ziptied player
- Select “Escort” from Gang Actions
- The player will follow you
- Select “Escort” again to stop escorting
While escorting, you can:
- Walk normally - they’ll follow
- Run - they’ll run with you
- Stand still - they’ll wait
Vehicles
Section titled “Vehicles”Putting Players in Vehicles:
- Escort the ziptied player to a vehicle
- Stand near an open door (passenger side or rear seats)
- Select “Put in Vehicle”
- The player will be placed in the nearest available seat
Taking Players Out of Vehicles:
- Stand near the vehicle
- Select “Remove from Vehicle”
- The player will be taken out
Note: Locked vehicles cannot have players removed from them.
Trunks
Section titled “Trunks”Putting Players in Trunks:
- Escort the ziptied player to the rear of a vehicle
- Stand near the trunk
- Select “Put in Trunk”
- The player will be placed inside
Taking Players Out of Trunks:
- Stand near the trunk
- Select “Remove from Trunk”
- The player will be taken out
Important: While in the trunk, the player’s screen will fade to black. The trunk must be opened for them to see again.
Blindfolding
Section titled “Blindfolding”Blindfold a restrained player to block their vision:
- Have a
blindfolditem in your inventory - Stand near a ziptied player
- Select “Blindfold”
- The player will see a blindfold overlay
To remove: Select the option again while near the blindfolded player.
Taking Hostages
Section titled “Taking Hostages”Taking a Hostage:

Equip a pistol (any of these work):
- Pistol
- Combat Pistol
- Pistol 50
- SNS Pistol
- Heavy Pistol
- AP Pistol
- Pistol MK2
- Machine Pistol

Stand near any player (doesn’t need to be ziptied)

Select “Take Hostage”

You’ll hold the player as a human shield
While Holding a Hostage:

| Execute | Select “Kill Hostage” - they will be killed |
Important Notes:
- Your movement is limited while holding a hostage
- If you die, the hostage is released
- You cannot switch weapons while holding a hostage
4. Drug Selling
Section titled “4. Drug Selling”How to Sell Drugs
Section titled “How to Sell Drugs”- Approach any NPC pedestrian on the street
- Target them (using your server’s targeting system)
- Select “Sell Drugs”
- Choose which drug to sell from your inventory
Checking Current Street Name
Section titled “Checking Current Street Name”Some streets offer bonus prices for drug sales. Check which street you’re on:
/streetnameThis displays your current street name in the chat. Streets with bonuses:
- Grove St: +25-30%
- Forum Dr: +25-30%
- Jamestown St: +15-30%
- Clinton Ave: +15-20%
Available Drugs
Section titled “Available Drugs”| Drug | Price Range | Sell Chance | Police Alert Chance |

| Meth | $500 - $800 | 60% | 80% if rejected |

Understanding Prices & Bonuses
Section titled “Understanding Prices & Bonuses”Base Price: Each drug has a minimum and maximum base price. The actual price is randomized within this range.
Amount: The NPC may want to buy between 1 and the maximum amount (varies by drug). If you have fewer than requested, they’ll take what you have.
Street Bonus: Selling on certain streets can give you bonus money:
- Grove St: +25-30%
- Forum Dr: +25-30%
- Jamestown St: +15-30%
- Clinton Ave: +15-20%
Police Bonus: When 3+ police are online, you get +10% on all drug sales.
Police Alerts & Risks
Section titled “Police Alerts & Risks”When a Sale Fails:
- The NPC may call the police
- Your screen will show the NPC making a phone call
- Police will be alerted to your location
- You lose 1 XP for the failed sale
How to Avoid Police:
- Kill the NPC before they finish calling (risky)
- Leave the area quickly
- Check for police before selling
Cooldown: There’s a 3-second cooldown between drug sales.
Warning: Police, security guards, shopkeepers, and dealers cannot be sold drugs.
5. Territory System
Section titled “5. Territory System”Understanding Territory Control
Section titled “Understanding Territory Control”Territories are designated areas on the map that gangs can contest for control. When inside a territory:

A HUD appears showing:
- Territory name
- Controlling gang (if any)
- Their points in the territory

Your gang earns points just by being in the territory
Earning Points for Your Gang
Section titled “Earning Points for Your Gang”Passive Points: Simply being inside a territory zone earns points for your gang over time.
Territory HUD: When you enter a territory, you’ll see:
- The area name at the top of your screen
- Current controlling gang
- Their accumulated points
Checking Points: Use /showpoints to see all gangs’ points in the current territory.
Territory Benefits
Section titled “Territory Benefits”Gangs that control territories receive:
- Passive XP Income: 10 XP per controlled territory every 30 minutes
- Capture Reward: 50 XP when reaching 100 points in a territory
6. Gang Jobs (Rackets)
Section titled “6. Gang Jobs (Rackets)”Rackets are income-generating activities that your gang leaders can claim. As a member, you can request jobs from available rackets.
Requesting Racket Jobs
Section titled “Requesting Racket Jobs”- Open the gang menu (
F6or/gangmenu) - Select “Gang Jobs”
- Select “Request Job”
- Choose from available racket types
Types of Rackets
Section titled “Types of Rackets”Protection Racket
Section titled “Protection Racket”How It Works:
- Your gang claims protection over local shops
- Shops generate cash over time
- Visit the shop marker to collect protection money
Earnings: $2,000 - $10,000 per collection
Note: This is passive income - no active job required from members. Leaders collect from shops directly.
Prostitution Racket
Section titled “Prostitution Racket”How It Works:
- Request the job from the Gang Jobs menu
- Go to pickup location (marked on your map with a blip)
- Find the hooker at the marked location
- Honk your horn (press
H) while in a vehicle with an empty passenger seat - Drive to drop-off location (marked on your map)
- Honk again to let them out
- Get paid!
Requirements:
- Must have a vehicle with an empty passenger seat
- Don’t damage your vehicle too much (more than 20% damage fails the job)
Earnings: $100 - $500 per job
Delivery Racket
Section titled “Delivery Racket”How It Works:
- Request the job from the Gang Jobs menu
- Go to pickup location (green blip on map)
- Use a delivery vehicle (SUVs like Cavalcade, Granger, Baller, etc.)
- Honk your horn (press
H) to pick up the delivery person - Drive to drop-off location (red blip on map)
- Stop in the marker to complete delivery
Valid Vehicles:
- Cavalcade, Granger, Baller, Dubsta
- Huntley, Landstalker, Gresley, Seminole
- XLS, Habanero, Rocoto, Serrano
- BJXL, Patriot, FQ2
Earnings: $500 - $3,500 per job
Canceling Jobs
Section titled “Canceling Jobs”If you need to cancel an ongoing job:
- Open gang menu → Gang Jobs
- Select “Cancel Job”
Warning: Canceling a job forfeits any potential earnings.
7. Using Gang Assets
Section titled “7. Using Gang Assets”Gang assets are special locations that your leaders set up. They include the Garage, Stash, and Cash Locker.
Finding Gang Markers
Section titled “Finding Gang Markers”Gang markers appear on your map as blips:

PIN Code Protection
Section titled “PIN Code Protection”Most gang assets are protected by a PIN code:
- Approach the marker
- Press
E(or configured key) to interact - Enter the PIN code when prompted
- Access the asset
Security Notes:
- After 3 failed PIN attempts, you’ll be locked out temporarily
- Ask your gang leaders for the current PIN
- Leaders can change PINs through the marker management menu
Accessing the Garage
Section titled “Accessing the Garage”Retrieve a Vehicle:
- Enter PIN at the garage marker
- Select “Retrieve Vehicle”
- Choose a vehicle from the list
- The vehicle spawns nearby
Store a Vehicle:
- Drive the vehicle to the garage marker
- Enter PIN and select “Store Vehicle”
- The vehicle is saved to the garage
Vehicle Info Displayed:
- Brand and model
- License plate
- Engine health %
- Body health %
- Fuel level %
Note: If your vehicle is already out, selecting it will set a GPS waypoint to its location.
Using the Stash
Section titled “Using the Stash”The stash is a shared inventory for your gang:
- Enter PIN at the stash marker
- The inventory opens
- Store or retrieve items
Default Capacity:
- 50 slots
- 100,000 weight limit
Tip: The stash is great for sharing resources like zipties, blindfolds, weapons, and drugs with fellow members.
Using the Cash Locker
Section titled “Using the Cash Locker”The cash locker manages your gang’s shared funds:
Check Balance:
- Current balance is displayed at the top
Deposit Cash:
- Select “Deposit Cash”
- Enter the amount
- Confirm the transaction
Withdraw Cash:
- Select “Withdraw Cash”
- Enter the amount (cannot exceed balance)
- Confirm the transaction
Note: Withdrawals require leadership permission (ranks 1-3 typically have access).
8. XP & Statistics
Section titled “8. XP & Statistics”How Your Stats Are Tracked
Section titled “How Your Stats Are Tracked”The system tracks your individual contributions in four categories:

What Counts Toward Your Score
Section titled “What Counts Toward Your Score”Each stat contributes to your Total Score based on these weights:

Example: If you have 5 kills, 20 drug sales, 3 rackets, and 2 airdrops:
Total Score = (5 × 25) + (20 × 10) + (3 × 50) + (2 × 15) = 125 + 200 + 150 + 30 = 505 pointsXP Rewards for Your Gang
Section titled “XP Rewards for Your Gang”Your activities also earn XP for the entire gang:

Viewing Member Stats
Section titled “Viewing Member Stats”From the gang menu, you can view the roster with detailed stats:
- Open gang menu
- Select “Gang Members” (if available)
- See each member’s:
- Name and rank
- Kills count
- Drugs sold count
- Rackets completed count
- Airdrops looted count
- Total Score
Members are sorted by rank first, then by total score within each rank.
