1. What Are Safe Zones?
Section titled “1. What Are Safe Zones?”Safe zones are designated areas on the server where certain gameplay restrictions apply. These zones are marked by a polygon shape and can include:
- Weapon restrictions: Weapons may be disabled or removed
- Vehicle protection: Vehicles may be protected from damage
- Speed limits: Maximum vehicle speed may be enforced
- Player invincibility: Players may become invincible
Each safe zone has its own settings configured by server administrators. You will receive a notification when entering or leaving a safe zone.
2. Entering a Safe Zone
Section titled “2. Entering a Safe Zone”When you enter a safe zone, the following may happen:
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”You will see a notification on your screen indicating you have entered a safe zone. The message varies depending on the zone’s configuration:
- Default message: “You have entered a safe zone”
- Custom message: Some zones may have custom entry messages
- Speed limit notification: If the zone has a vehicle speed limit, you will see the limit displayed
Weapon Restrictions
Section titled “Weapon Restrictions”If the safe zone has weapon restrictions enabled:
- Weapons are removed: Your equipped weapon will be removed from your inventory
- Firing is disabled: You cannot fire any weapons while inside the zone
- Whitelisted weapons: Some weapons may still be allowed if they are on the server’s whitelist
- Job weapons: Job-specific weapons (police, ambulance) may still be allowed based on your job rank
Important: If a weapon is removed from you, it is gone. You will need to re-acquire it after leaving the zone.

- Your vehicle cannot take damage from collisions or other players
- Vehicle health will not decrease inside the zone
- This protection applies to all vehicles in the zone

- You cannot take damage from vehicles or weapons
- This effect ends when you leave the zone

4. Zone Effects
Section titled “4. Zone Effects”Weapon Removal Behavior

This means:
- Your equipped weapon disappears

- You must re-acquire the weapon after leaving the zone
- This is intentional design to ensure safe zones remain safe
Whitelisted Weapons
Section titled “Whitelisted Weapons”Some weapons may still be allowed in safe zones:
- Global whitelist: Some weapons are allowed for all players
- Job whitelist: Police and emergency services may keep their weapons based on rank
- Check with server staff for details on allowed weapons
Speed Limit Enforcement
Section titled “Speed Limit Enforcement”Speed limits are enforced continuously while in a zone:
- The limit is checked every 100 milliseconds
- Your vehicle is slowed if you exceed the limit
- The speed applies to all vehicles in the zone
- Different zones may have different speed limits
5. Admin Bypass
Section titled “5. Admin Bypass”Server administrators may be configured to bypass all safe zone restrictions.
What this means:
- Admins can use weapons in any safe zone
- Admins can damage vehicles in any safe zone
- Admins can exceed speed limits in any safe zone
- Admins can take damage in invincibility zones
This is for server management purposes and is controlled by the server administrators. Regular players are subject to all zone restrictions.
